Career guidance, employability, workplace readiness and experiential learning.
Purpose
To help learners understand career pathways, develop workplace skills and gain practical exposure that connects learning with future opportunities.
What We Can Do
Career counselling, career awareness programmes, job readiness training, resume and application guidance, interview preparation, workplace communication, professional behaviour and work ethics, career mentoring, employability workshops and career linked projects.
Internship & Experiential Learning
Internship and experiential learning form a major practical component of this initiative. We may facilitate student internships, skill based internships, project based learning, workplace exposure, field experience, professional mentoring, internship orientation, career linked practical projects and appropriate institutional and organisational linkages.
Need of Support
Academic qualifications alone may not provide sufficient practical exposure. Learners can benefit from opportunities to understand workplace expectations, apply their skills and develop professional confidence. Support can help create career guidance programmes, internship facilitation, mentorship networks, employer and institutional linkages, professional development workshops, career resources and practical project opportunities.
