Focus
Self help groups, collective action and economic empowerment.
Purpose
To encourage women to participate in self help groups and collective initiatives that can strengthen skills, financial awareness, mutual support and livelihood opportunities.
What We Can Do
Support SHG formation and capacity building, group based learning, financial literacy activities, livelihood discussions, leadership development and community level collective initiatives.
Internship & Experiential Learning
Interns can gain practical experience in SHG mobilisation, group facilitation, field surveys, documentation, community interaction and social development programme management.
Need of Support
Support may include SHG training, facilitators, learning materials, livelihood resources, financial literacy programmes, digital tools and community mobilisation.
Expected Outcome
Stronger women's groups, increased collective participation, improved financial and livelihood awareness and greater opportunities for economic empowerment.
