Poverty reduction, social inclusion and support for vulnerable communities.
Purpose
To promote inclusive rural development by supporting vulnerable and economically disadvantaged communities and helping strengthen their participation in development opportunities.
What We Can Do
Conduct community assessments, awareness programmes, livelihood support initiatives, inclusion activities and appropriate linkages with social development and welfare resources.
Internship & Experiential Learning
Interns can gain experience in community research, household surveys, social mapping, field outreach, beneficiary interaction, documentation and development programme coordination.
Need of Support
Support is required for community outreach, livelihood programmes, educational resources, awareness activities, volunteers, field operations and appropriate support partnerships.
Expected Outcome
Greater social inclusion, improved awareness of available opportunities and services, stronger community participation and increased support for vulnerable rural populations.
