Focus
Girls’ education, skills, confidence and career development.
Purpose
To encourage girls and young women to pursue education, develop practical skills and access opportunities for personal, professional and economic development.
What We Can Do
Educational support, digital literacy, skill development programmes, career guidance, communication training, life skills development, leadership development, professional mentoring, career awareness and entrepreneurship orientation.
Internship & Experiential Learning
Internship opportunities for eligible participants, career oriented practical experience, professional mentoring, workplace exposure, skill based projects and professional communication experience.
Need of Support
Girls and young women may face educational, financial, social or accessibility barriers that can limit their opportunities for skills development and career exposure. Support can help provide educational assistance, digital devices and access, skill training, mentorship, career guidance, internship opportunities, learning materials and safe and accessible learning environments.
Expected Outcome
Greater educational participation, skills development, confidence, career awareness and access to opportunities.
