To develop confident, responsible and capable young people who can take initiative, work collaboratively and contribute positively to their communities.
What We Can Do
Conduct leadership development programmes, decision making workshops, youth forums, team building activities and practical leadership projects.
Internship & Experiential Learning
Interns can gain experience in programme coordination, youth mobilisation, leadership activities, event management, research and community engagement.
Need of Support
Support is required for trainers, mentors, programme facilities, educational resources, youth events and community leadership activities.
Expected Outcome
Improved leadership capabilities, greater confidence, stronger decision making skills and increased youth participation in community development.
