Focus
Sustainable, natural and climate resilient agriculture with a focus on farmer development.
Purpose
To support rural farming communities in adopting sustainable agricultural practices that improve productivity, resource efficiency, resilience and long term livelihood security.
What We Can Do
Promote awareness and capacity building around sustainable farming, natural resource management, soil health, climate resilient practices, efficient farm inputs and improved agricultural approaches suited to local conditions.
Internship & Experiential Learning
Students and interns can gain practical exposure to rural field research, farmer interaction, agricultural surveys, documentation, awareness programmes, project coordination and community based development activities.
Need of Support
Support is required for farmer training, demonstration activities, agricultural awareness materials, field programmes, technical guidance, community mobilisation and appropriate agricultural resources.
Expected Outcome
Improved agricultural awareness, stronger farmer capacity, better resource management, greater resilience to environmental challenges and more sustainable rural livelihoods.
