Focus
Livelihood generation, employment opportunities, skill development and income enhancement.
Purpose
To strengthen rural livelihoods by creating opportunities for skills, employment, self employment and sustainable income generation.
What We Can Do
Facilitate livelihood awareness programmes, skill development activities, employment oriented training, local resource based livelihood initiatives and connections with appropriate market and support networks.
Internship & Experiential Learning
Interns can gain experience in livelihood research, community surveys, skill programme coordination, beneficiary interaction, documentation, market research and rural development projects.
Need of Support
Support is required for training resources, skill development programmes, tools and equipment where appropriate, community mobilisation, market linkages, technical guidance and programme logistics.
Expected Outcome
Improved livelihood skills, greater employment and self employment opportunities, stronger income generation capacity and increased economic resilience among rural communities.
