Focus
Aadhar Seva focuses on providing support and connecting vulnerable individuals and families with appropriate essential services, community resources and welfare opportunities.
Purpose
The purpose is to identify support needs and help vulnerable individuals access appropriate assistance rather than leaving them isolated from available social and public services.
What We Can Do
The project can conduct community outreach, needs assessments, support referrals, welfare awareness programmes, documentation assistance and connections to healthcare, education, livelihood, shelter and other relevant services. It can help beneficiaries understand and access appropriate support systems.
Internship & Experiential Learning
Interns can participate in community surveys, outreach activities, beneficiary documentation, awareness campaigns, service mapping, referral coordination and programme support. They can gain practical experience in community development and social service facilitation.
Need of Support
Support is required for outreach, essential assistance, documentation, awareness programmes, transportation support, referral activities and community mobilisation. Partnerships with service providers can expand the available support network.
Expected Outcome
The project aims to improve access to essential services and support systems for vulnerable individuals and families while strengthening community based assistance and social inclusion.
