Focus
Vanchit Nyaya Sahayata focuses on access to justice awareness and support pathways for socially and economically vulnerable communities and individuals who may face barriers in accessing legal services.
Purpose
The purpose is to reduce informational and practical barriers to appropriate legal support and help vulnerable individuals understand available legal aid, welfare, referral and dispute resolution mechanisms.
What We Can Do
The project can conduct community legal literacy programmes, rights awareness campaigns, legal resource mapping, referral support, legal aid awareness and access to justice outreach. It can connect eligible individuals with qualified professionals and appropriate legal services institutions.
Internship & Experiential Learning
Interns can participate in community surveys, legal awareness campaigns, service mapping, documentation, educational content development, outreach and referral coordination under suitable professional supervision.
Need of Support
Support is required for legal literacy programmes, community outreach, educational resources, professional participation, documentation and referral networks. Partnerships with legal professionals, legal services institutions and community organisations can strengthen access to justice initiatives.
Expected Outcome
The project aims to improve legal awareness among vulnerable communities and strengthen their ability to identify and access appropriate legal and justice related support services.
